All prices shown are in Euro and include applicable sales
taxes.
Free Delivery
We offer free worldwide delivery on orders over Euro
29. For orders under Euro 29 we charge a shipping rate of Euro
5.52 for all destinations in Europe, and Euro 8.21 for countries
outside of Europe.
The order total must exceed Euro 29 without any shipping charges
to qualify for free delivery. Example: Ordering two products at
Euro 12.75 a piece, and adding the Euro 5.52 shipping charge does
not qualify for free delivery. Only a product total exceeding
Euro 29 before shipping charges qualify for free delivery.
Shopping cart
When you have found a product you wish to purchase, you
add it to the shopping cart. You can add as many items as you
want to the same shopping cart. When you have finished shopping,
you proceed to the check out and select the method of payment.
You must then fill out the shipping information such as, name,
address, phone number etc.
Before you confirm your purchase, you wil be presented with an
overview that shows what you have collected, what the total price
is including taxes, shipping and all costs. If you agree to the
purchase and the total charges, you confirm your order.
You can cancel your order at any time before the final confirmation.
You have not purchased anything until you confirm your order.
Order Confirmation
You must fill out the email address correctly when filling in
the order information. When you have confirmed yourorder, we will
email an order confirmation to the email address you entered.
The order confirmation is your proof of purchase and also serves
as a confirmation we have agreed to deliver the products at that
price.
Sold Out
If a product is sold out, you will know before ordering. You can
then choose to cancel the entire order or remove only the sold
out products from your shopping cart.
Methods of Payment
We accept Diners, Mastercard, VISA, Eurocard, Dankort and Visa-Dankort.
Security
All sensitive information is sent to a SSL-baseret(Secure Socket
Layer) payment server at PBS.
All communication between your browser and the server is encrypted.
This ensures that the information you enter in the purchasing
process is secure.
You are protected by law against unauthorized charges to your
credit card.
Delivery
We consider delivery to be when you receive the products you have
purchased. We send our product by the Danish Postal Service.
Orders received before 3PM on weekdays will typically be packed
and sent the same day at the latest the following business day.
Delivery in Denmark can be expected within 3 days of ordering,
for addresses in Europe expect up to 6 days and for North American
addresses expect up to 2 weeks. All shipments are automatically
insured.
